The Garwood Police Department Patrol Function is the backbone of the Agency. Uniformed Patrol is responsible for responding to calls for police service, traffic enforcement, motor vehicle crash investigation and general community service. The Garwood Police Department is comprised of four squads of uniformed patrol, a power shift, and civilian dispatchers.
